Q. Do you provided linens and towels?

A. Yes, we provide linens, and towels. We have maid service once per week.
This is specifically to clean your unit, change your bedding and linens. We do not
provide personal "maid service", our cleaning people are there to clean the spaces only.

Q. What do you provide in the way of cookware?

A. Our kitchens are fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils and flatware that are required to cook a basic meal. If you are a gourmet chef, you will have to be creative.

Q. Is bottled drinking water provided?

A. Yes and No. We will be sure that you have at the least, 1/2 of a keg of water in your water dispenser when you arrive. After that you will need to provide your own. It is available from the store across the street and about 4 doors down. It is very inexpensive about 15 pesos, for what is about a 5 gallon jug.

Q. How Close are you to the Jardin?

A. We are about a 5 minute walk to the Jardin. We are located one block
up from the Marcado.

Q. How safe is your neighborhood?

A. We have never had any problems. San Miguel is a very safe place to walk and enjoy. We are located in a residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are very fine people, they have families and operate their businesses here. We find the area is very friendly.

Q. I need internet service, is it available? Can I access the net from your units?

A. Yes and Yes. Internet service is very available throughout San Miguel. There are an abundant number of cypercafes. AND WE PROVIDE FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET.

Q. What about noise?

A. This is Mexico. Our neighborhood is no different than any other in the area. It tends to be quiet most of the time, but there is a rooster a few blocks away that does his "cockadoodle doo" thing on a daily basis. And you are going to hear a dog or two barking at some point. The local canine's are members of the dog barking union. This seems to be a very active "union" in the Country of Mexico. That being said, it has not proved to be an issue for anyone. We just mention it because it gets asked.
